Import from Wati / 360dialog / Trengo

Paste a competitor API key. Get contacts + templates + canned replies in 60s.

Settings → Import data (manager+).

Wati

You'll need:

  • Tenant URL (e.g. live-mt-server.wati.io/123456)
  • API key (Wati → API Docs → Authentication → Access Token)

What gets imported: contacts (with custom params), message templates (saved as canned-reply drafts), quick replies.

360dialog

You'll need: D360-API-KEY.

360dialog is API-only — there are no contacts or canned replies. Only templates are imported.

Trengo

You'll need: API token (Trengo → Settings → Apps & integrations → REST API).

Imported: contacts, templates (as drafts), quick replies.

Behaviour

  • Re-running is safe — rows are matched by phone (contacts) or shortcut (replies)
  • Templates need re-approval under your WABA — stored as /tpl-… canned drafts so you can copy/paste them into Meta Business Manager
  • Click Preview before importing to see counts + warnings
