Free shared WhatsApp number for testing — no Meta verification needed.
FlowsDesigner provides one shared sandbox number (currently +971 4 269 2951). Every developer gets a unique join code on signup.
How to use it
- Open Settings → Developer Sandbox
- Copy your join code (e.g.
blue-bear-42) - From any test phone, WhatsApp
join blue-bear-42 to the sandbox number - You're connected for 72h (resets on each message)
- Send any message — it lands in your inbox tagged
sandbox - Configure flows to attach to the Developer Sandbox number in the picker — they fire on sandbox inbound
Limits
- Up to 5 opted-in test phones per developer
- 100 outbound messages per day
- 72h sliding window
- Free-form messages only (templates need workspace-specific Meta approval)
