Shared inbox basics

Multiple agents handle one WhatsApp number with assignments, notes, mentions.

The inbox is where every WhatsApp conversation lands. Multiple agents see + work the same number concurrently — no phone juggling, no double-replies.

What you can do

  • Filter by status (Open / Resolved / Snoozed)
  • Assign a conversation to a specific agent (auto-routing also available)
  • Internal notes: type a note that only your team sees, optionally @mention a teammate
  • Snooze with a reminder for a specific time
  • Bulk-select to close / assign / tag many at once
  • Take over from the bot: every chat starts on automation and any reply hands off to human

Permissions

Agents see only conversations assigned to them. Managers + admins see everything in the workspace.
