Two ways to power AI features. Pick one.
Open Settings → AI Integration. Paste your OpenAI or Anthropic key. Pay the provider directly — FlowsDesigner doesn't mark up tokens.
Pros: full cost transparency, you keep your own usage logs, lower per-token cost. Cons: you maintain the key.
Managed AI access using FlowsDesigner's own Anthropic account. Off by default — your workspace admin requests it, and we enable it per account from /admin/users.
Pros: zero setup, no key management. Cons: usage rolls into your workspace plan.
Both options drive the same features: smart compose, auto-tag, sentiment, translation, weekly digest, training mode coach.
