Connect WhatsApp Business

FlowsDesigner runs on top of Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Here's the one-time setup.

What you need

• A verified Meta Business account
• A phone number that isn't on personal WhatsApp
• A System User access token (the permanent kind)
• Your App Secret (Meta App → Settings → Basic)

Steps

1. In Meta Business Manager, provision the phone number under your business and get its Phone Number ID and WABA ID.
2. In FlowsDesigner, open Settings → Phone Numbers → Add.
3. Paste the Phone Number ID, WABA ID, Access Token, and App Secret. Save.
4. Copy the Webhook URL and Verify Token that appear.
5. Back in Meta, set those values under WhatsApp → Configuration. Subscribe to at least the messages, message_status, and message_template_status_update fields.
6. Send a test message to the number — it should appear in the inbox within 1-2 seconds.
