Add managers and agents with the right permissions.
FlowsDesigner has three roles: Admin, Manager, Agent. Pick what each person needs.
How to invite
- Settings → Agents → Invite agent.
- Enter name + email. Pick the role.
- The system creates a User account, an OrganizationMember row, and an Agent record — and shows the temporary password once. Share it with the agent securely.
What each role sees
- Admin (workspace owner): everything. Phone numbers, AI credentials, billing, branding, every workspace setting.
- Manager: agents, canned responses, automations, broadcasts, business hours, lead scoring, training. No access to phone numbers, billing, or AI credentials.
- Agent: the inbox, contacts, their own scorecard, training practice. Nothing else.
Roles are enforced both in the sidebar (which hides menus) and at the page level.
