Find any old conversation. Hide one until later.
Type in the inbox search box. The first pass matches against the cached haystack (contact name, phone, tags, last message). After 350ms, the server kicks off a deep query against every message body in your workspace — finds chats from weeks ago.
Click the alarm icon in the chat header → pick a duration (1h, 4h, tomorrow, custom). The conversation hides from the default view until the time elapses. When the customer messages again, snooze auto-clears.
Snoozed chats live under the "Snoozed" filter in the sidebar.
