AI features that make agents faster — opt-in, never automatic.
When a customer messages in a non-Latin script (Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, etc.), a Translate button appears under the bubble. Click once → English translation shows inline. Click is per-message; there's no auto-translate.
While the agent types ≥ 6 characters, a debounced AI request suggests the rest of the sentence. Press Tab to accept, Esc to dismiss. The suggestion is grounded in the last few conversation turns + the workspace's knowledge base.
Both features require AI to be configured — either BYOK (Settings → AI Integration) or Platform AI (granted by an admin).
