FlowBot is operated by Leet IT Solutions. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. This refund policy is aligned with Paddle's consumer terms and conditions.

2. Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of your purchase.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the 14 day period.

3. How to Request a Refund

To cancel your order and request a refund, please contact us at:

Please include your account email address and order details. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation request without delay.

4. Effect of Cancellation

If you cancel your purchase within the 14-day period, we will reimburse all payments received from you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
• You will retain access to paid features until your subscription expires
• After expiration, your account will revert to the free tier

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Once approved:

• Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
