1. About Us
FlowBot ("the Service") is operated by Leet IT Solutions. All payments for the Service are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. When you purchase a subscription, you are purchasing from Paddle, who then grants you access to the Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FlowBot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
3. Description of Service
FlowBot is a WhatsApp flow builder platform that enables users to create automated messaging workflows, integrate AI capabilities, and manage customer communications through the WhatsApp Business API. The Service includes but is not limited to:
- Visual flow builder for creating WhatsApp automation
- AI agent integration for automated responses
- Human agent handoff capabilities
- Analytics and reporting features
- Contact management tools
4. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. WhatsApp Business API Compliance
You acknowledge that use of the Service requires compliance with Meta's WhatsApp Business API terms and policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with WhatsApp's messaging policies, including but not limited to:
- Obtaining proper consent before messaging users
- Not sending spam or unsolicited messages
- Respecting the 24-hour messaging window rules
- Using approved message templates for business-initiated conversations
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam, phishing, or malicious content
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Distribute malware or harmful code
7. Payment and Billing
Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. 8. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Notice to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. You retain ownership of your data, and we only access it as necessary to provide the Service.
9. API Keys and Credentials
You are responsible for safeguarding any API keys, access tokens, or credentials used with the Service. We encrypt sensitive credentials at rest, but you should treat these as confidential and never share them publicly.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWBOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
