Lead scoring

Auto-rank contacts by behaviour so agents call the warmest first.

Settings → Lead Scoring → Add rule. Each rule has:

  • Event: message-received, message-sent, link-clicked, deal-stage, lifecycle-stage, tag-added, session-resolved
  • Points: positive or negative integer
  • Cap per contact: optional max so the rule can't push a contact's score infinitely high

When the event fires, the contact's score field changes. Sort the contact list by score descending — your warmest leads are on top.

Common starter rules:

  • Reply within 1h → +10
  • Link clicked → +5
  • Session resolved successfully → +3
  • Marked as not-interested → −20
