Tags, segments, lifecycle stages

Slice your customer base for targeting and reporting.

Tags

Free-form labels. Apply manually in the contact card, by flow node, or automatically (AI auto-tag classifies resolved conversations).

Lifecycle stage

A standardised enum — every contact has one. Move them through stages manually or via flow conditions.

Dynamic segments

Saved filters that evaluate live. E.g. "tagged 'vip' AND messaged in last 30 days AND lifecycle = customer". Use them for:

  • Broadcasting to a subset
  • Triggering drip campaigns
  • Sorting your contact view

Segments live in Sidebar → Contacts → Segments.
