1. The Partner Plan

FlowsDesigner ("the Service") is operated by Leet IT Solutions and is sold exclusively as a partner subscription. A partner subscription grants one administrative account ("Partner Account") the right to create and operate client workspaces on the Service.

Each workspace pack costs USD 1,000 per month and entitles the Partner Account to 10 (ten) active workspaces. Additional capacity may be added either as further packs at the same price, or as individual extra workspaces at USD 150 per month each. All amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes and of third-party messaging fees (Section 6).

2. Workspaces

A workspace is a single, isolated client environment with its own channels, inbox, contacts, automations, and analytics. At creation, the Partner chooses each workspace's type: the full FlowsDesigner platform, or a Shop (catalog, orders, and delivery workspace). A workspace serves one end-client business; splitting one workspace across unrelated businesses, or pooling multiple unrelated businesses into a single workspace to avoid workspace fees, is not permitted.

Fair use — agent seats. Each workspace includes up to 10 agent seats under fair use. A seat is a natural person who signs in to work conversations; the workspace owner counts. Workspaces that persistently need more seats require a conversation with us — we won't switch anything off unilaterally.

Deleting a workspace frees its slot for a new one. Workspace slots are a monthly capacity, not a consumable: a Partner with one pack may operate at most 10 concurrent workspaces at any time.

3. AI Credits

AI features may be powered either by API keys the Partner (or their client) brings ("BYOK"), at no additional FlowsDesigner charge, or by AI credits purchased from the dashboard. Credits are prepaid, deducted per AI request according to the metered usage shown in the dashboard, do not expire while the subscription is active, and are non-refundable once consumed. Credit balances are visible to the Partner Account at all times.

4. White-Label & Branding

Partners may present the Service to their clients under the Partner's own brand — logo, colors, and custom domains — using the white-label features provided. This is a permission to brand and resell access to the Service, not a transfer of any right in the Service itself.

5. Intellectual Property — Protection of the Service

The Service — including its software, source code, design, user interface, workflows, feature set, documentation, and underlying know-how — is and remains the exclusive property of Leet IT Solutions. The partner subscription is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and resell access to the Service. In particular, the Partner shall not, and shall not permit or assist any third party to:

copy, clone, or reproduce the Service's functionality, in whole or in part, in any competing or derivative product or service;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, architecture, prompts, or data models of the Service, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
use the Service, its documentation, or access granted under this plan to design, build, train, or improve a product that competes with the Service;
remove or obscure proprietary notices, or register trademarks, domains, or app-store listings confusingly similar to FlowsDesigner;
sublicense, rent, or resell access other than through client workspaces operated under the Partner Account as described in these terms.

Breach of this Section 5 is a material breach permitting immediate termination (Section 8) and entitles Leet IT Solutions to seek injunctive relief in addition to any other remedy. The obligations in this Section survive termination of the subscription.

6. Third-Party Fees

WhatsApp/Meta conversation fees, telephony charges, and similar third-party costs are passed through at cost (or billed directly by the third party) and are not included in the subscription price. FlowsDesigner adds no markup to Meta's messaging rates.

7. Billing, Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance by card and renew automatically. Packs and extra workspaces may be added at any time (prorated by the payment provider) and removed effective the next billing cycle, provided the remaining capacity covers the Partner's active workspaces. On cancellation, the subscription runs to the end of the paid period; workspaces then become read-only for 30 days for export, after which they may be deleted. Unused AI credits are forfeited 90 days after cancellation.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Partner Account for material breach of these terms (including Section 5), for non-payment, or for use of the Service in violation of law or of WhatsApp/Meta policies. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure before suspension, except for Section 5 breaches or where prohibited by law.

9. Data

Workspace data belongs to the Partner and their clients. Each workspace is isolated from every other workspace. Data may be exported at any time through the export tools and the API. Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
