Because we would rather you grow than pay for unlocks. Every feature is included from day one — the price only changes when your team grows and you add seats. That felt fairer than tiers.
What do WhatsApp messages cost?
Whatever Meta charges — passed through at cost. We add nothing on top. Replies inside the 24-hour window are free; template and broadcast messages follow Meta’s published UAE rates.
Are the limits real?
Yes, and they’re printed right here on this page — the same numbers the platform enforces. If you ever reach one, nothing switches off; we’ll simply talk about what you need.
What about AI costs?
Bring your own AI key (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude and others) and AI features are free to use. If you’d rather not manage a key, our AI credits add-on is AED 99/month.
Do I need to change my phone system?
No. FlowsDesigner connects to your existing 3CX line, so phone calls show up in the inbox alongside chat — nothing to rip out.
How long does setup take?
