One client environment with its own WhatsApp numbers, inbox, automations, contacts and analytics — completely separate from your other clients. When you create it you choose its type: the full FlowsDesigner platform, or a Shop (menu, orders, delivery tracking).

Up to 10 agent seats per workspace under fair use — that covers the vast majority of client teams. If one client genuinely needs more, talk to us.
Two options. Bring your own AI key (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude and others) and AI features cost you nothing extra. Or buy AI credits from us — usage is metered per request and deducted from your credit balance, with the balance always visible in your dashboard.
Whatever Meta charges — passed through at cost, we add 0%. Replies inside the 24-hour service window are free. Template messages are billed by Meta per delivered message: in the UAE roughly $0.044 for marketing, $0.016 for utility ($0 inside the window) and $0.018 for authentication — so a 1,000-recipient marketing broadcast costs about $44 in Meta fees. The broadcast composer shows the estimate before you send.

You sell the service to your clients under your brand — that’s the point. What the partner terms don’t allow is copying the software itself: cloning features into a competing product, reverse engineering, or reselling access outside your client workspaces.
