FlowsDesigner is built by Leet IT Solutions, a software studio focused on customer-communication tooling. We started building this product after years of watching teams in MENA juggle three different tools — one for inbox, one for broadcasts, one for calls — and still missing customers.
Our principle: every feature should make the conversation itself faster, friendlier, and more measurable. AI helps where it helps. Automation handles what should be handled. Humans stay in the loop for what matters.
We are intentionally not a marketplace, not a 200-feature kitchen sink, and not pretending to replace your ERP. We do one thing — make WhatsApp Business work like a serious communications channel — and we do it well.
Our principles
- Speed beats features. Every screen should load in under 1.5s, every reply should send in under 1s.
- AI is a copilot, not the pilot. Agents own the conversation; AI accelerates them.
- Transparent AI cost. We don't mark up tokens. BYOK is the default.
