Do customers need to install anything?

No — the menu opens in their browser from a WhatsApp link, and the order comes back into the same chat. It feels like an app without being one.

How do payments work?

Today: cash on delivery or your existing payment link sent in the chat. Built-in payment collection is on our roadmap, and current customers get it when it lands.

Can I change the menu myself?

Anytime — edit items, prices or customizations in the catalog and the live menu updates immediately. Re-import an updated PDF and only new items are added.
